The Export Council of Australia (ECA) is headed to Albury to present an afternoon event packed with information and resources for exporters looking to expand into the ASEAN market. Whether an emerging or established export business, NOW is the time for companies to capitalise on business opportunities across the ASEAN region.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) sits strategically on NSW’s doorstep and is a AUD 100 billion trading market for Australia, with its collective GDP of USD 2.5 trillion and a population exceeding 600 million.

As increasing regional connectivity gradually lowers the remaining barriers to trade and investment in this region, NSW exporters are in a prime location to expand their businesses and build on the strong commercial foundation Australia already has in place.

Exporters are invited to this free roadshow event, where a range of service providers and experts on the ASEAN market will be on hand to provide advice and solutions for their expansion needs into the market.

All participants will also receive four newly created Toolkits to assist Australian companies with navigating the ASEAN FTA network – again all FREE. These practical guides have been proudly developed by the ECA, with the support of HSBC Australia.
